SIMPLE GRATITUDE PRACTICE




If you are frustrated sometime and say why i cant be happy ?
 you realize that you focus most of the time on the negative things in your life and even a slightest negative stimulation puts you in a anger frustration or ruin your good emotion


or you just wanna be happy in the moment if answer is yes then this is for you

so here what you have to do
1 look around yourself and find something that please you give you happiness or you have some happy memories associated with that or you thankful of something or someone

2 once you find that thing, focus on that for at least 10 sec or more till you get good feelings from that

3 when your not getting enough good feeling from that thing try to focus on other thing
and do this process as much as you like it will change your mood and you feel more happy and fulfill and its keep you away form negative thoughts
